Secure Consulting Engineers understands the importance of personal attention and economics on residential projects.  Our foundation and structural engineering services for residential buildings include foundation design, construction limited geotechnical exploration, structural framing design, plot plans, grading inspections, and problem diagnostics.

Milliken, CO - Supplied foundation designs for this 200 lot subdivision.  Up to 5 model plans were completed in 10 days.  "Just-like" plans on different lots were typically turned-out in 24-48 hours.

Breckenridge, CO - Provided a foundation design for a custom home builder. The lot was steeply sloped an required special geotechnical investigation.

Fort Collins, CO - Homeowner added a third car addition to 2-car garage.  The garage holds up the second floor of the house. Our engineers were called in to do a structural inspection and prepare plans so as for construction permit.

Loveland, CO - Inspected an existing house, garage, and their foundations. Our engineers back calculated loads on the existing house to determine soil-bearing pressure. ; They compared this to additional loads on the garage due to the addition of a second floor.

Fort Collins, CO - Performed visual observation of drop beams and slab heave in private residence to check for possible twisting of the beams due to column and/or foundation movement.
